Why DPC and Lifestyle Medicine?

Dr Brevig entered medical school with the philosophy that individual healthcare is best approached as a team effort; with mutual effort by physician and patient bringing about positive change.  Lifestyle Medicine is a new medical specialty which gives formal shape to Dr. Brevig's philosophy and approach.

DPC Medicine allows Dr. Brevig to provide affordable access to all his patients.  Prescribing medications, obtaining laboratory blood work, and obtaining XRay, CT scan, ultrasound, and MRI imaging at a fraction of the cost that patients must pay in a third party payer system that exists with traditional insurance arrangements.
